Refund Policy
All Sales Final
Due to the limited capacity of the Global Summit and the significant venue, catering, and faculty commitments made on the basis of each registration, all summit registrations, course purchases, and add-ons are non-refundable.
Transfers
If you are unable to attend, your registration may be transferred to another eligible professional at no charge up to fourteen (14) days prior to the event start date. Transfer requests must be submitted in writing and include the full name, credentials, email, and phone number of the replacement attendee.
Event Changes or Cancellation
Event programming, speakers, session times, sponsors, venue, and inclusions are subject to change. In the unlikely event that Aesthetics USA cancels the summit in its entirety, registrants will be offered either a credit toward a future event or a refund of the registration fee paid. Aesthetics USA is not responsible for travel, accommodation, or any other costs incurred by attendees.
Chargebacks
By completing your purchase you agree not to initiate a chargeback or payment dispute for any reason that is addressed by this Refund Policy, our Terms of Use, or the Course Disclaimer. Disputes should be raised with us directly so we can work toward a resolution.
